1979. 9. - Renamed to as Shiho Screw Industrial Co., Ltd. and moved to Siaogang Linhai Industrial Park. After Ho Tai Motor Co., Ltd. succeeds the shares of Ho Tai Development Co., Ltd., total capital reaches NTD 15,000,000.

 

1981. 7. – Through the first capital increase of NTD8,000,000 for increasing number of equipments and production capacity, the total capital reaches NTD23,000,000.

 

1982. 5 – Through the second capital increase of NTD12,000,000 for increasing number of equipments and production capacity, the total capital grows to NTD35,000,000.

 

1985. 7 – Starts computerization and set up inventory system, production control system, and accounting system.

 

1987. 6 – Through the third capital increase of NTD7,000,000 for increasing number of equipments and extending production capacity, the total capital turns out to be NTD42,000,000. 

 

1988. 5 – Through the fourth capital increase of NTD8,400,000 for increasing number of equipments and production capacity, the total capital turns out to be NTD50,400,000.

 

1988. 11 – Starts to perform IBM AS/400 SYSTEM. 

 

1988. 12 – Enlarges land size of factory and office area to be 6412m2.

 

1989. 5 – Through the fifth capital increase of NTD10,800,000 for increasing number of equipments and production capacity, the total capital reaches NTD60,480,000. 

 

1996. 1 – Acquires ISO 9002 QUALITY ASSURANCE certification.

 

1996. 4 - Through the sixth capital increase of NTD39,523,600 for increasing equipments and production capacity, the total capital grows to be NTD100,003,600.

 

1999.10- Holds a 30-year anniversary celebration.

 

2000.8 - Starts using E-mail system and entirely network system.

 

2001.9- Acquires ISO9001, 2000 certification.

 

2002 - Invests USD2.4million to establish Nitto Precision Screw Industrial Co., Ltd. in Jiashan Economic Developement Zone, China. 

 

2003.12 - Panasonic approves Shiho's electro-plating lines. 

 

2005 - Installs trivalent zinc electro-plating equipment. 

 

2005.1 - Annuls hexavalent zinc electro-plating process and entirely replaced it with trivalent zinc electro-plating process.

 

2005. 2 - Starts trivalent black zinc electro-plating process.

 

2005. 4- Approved as a best qualified factory by Nintendo.

 

2005.12- Acquires ISO 14001, 2004 certification.

 

2006. 9 - Acquires Sony Green Partner certification.

 

2007. 4 - New president assumes office.

 

2007. - Purchases 5 sets of automatic optical sorting and packaging machines.

 

2008. - Purcahses 3 sets of automatic optical sorting and packaging machines.

 

2009. 1 - Acquires OHSAS 18001 certification

 

2009.10 - Holds a 40-year factory anniversay celebration.

 

2010.02 - Purchases 2 sets of automatic sorting and packaging machines.

 

2010.10 - Renews nickel plating line.

 

2012 -  Adds 2 die/3 blow forming machines in order to expand business.

 

2013- 5S is Introduced to all of divisions.

 

2014-  Renews electro-plating equipments in order to increase production capacity and quality stability.

 

2014- Standardization is introduced to all of divisions.
